It’s just one of those days!
I can’t wait for the warmer weather to arrive and for covid to go away. I miss our normal life where we can just go anywhere without worrying about the virus. No more birthday parties, hosting dinners, weddings, day trips to the zoo, visiting museums in another city, or strolling the streets of another country. It’s the same all day every day.
What do you miss most about pre covid?
On a lighter note, here’s an easy DIY a project I did last summer. It’s a plant stand made out of a galvanized garden tomato cage.
Materials needed:
🌿Metal cutter pliers
🌿Garden tomato cage
🌿Gold colour spray paint or any other colour
🌿Cardboard box, wrapping paper from fragile purchases, or newspaper to cover ground
1️⃣ Cut all 3 ends of the cage. Tip: you don’t have to cut all the way through. Rotate the cutter around the wire and bend back and forth until it snaps.
2️⃣ Spray paint the wire and let dry.
3️⃣ Turn stand upside down so the wider end is on the bottom. Sit plant pot on top. And voila! You got yourself a plant stand.
