Did you know? Cactus is an efficient absorber of radioactive waves thanks to an in-depth study done by NASA. It is especially useful for absorbing the radiation that is produced by computers and laptops. This makes it an excellent plant for any office, whether at work or in your home. It also absorbs the radiation that may be coming from nearby cell phone towers, so it is truly a plant that protects you from a wide range of radioactive activity.
Not only are they beneficial on your work desk, they are low maintenance plants. That’s a win win! Just be sure to put it out of reach from those little hands.
Fun fact: the cactus in the corner is 10+ years old; as old as my eldest daughter. I’ve killed it once years ago from forgetting to water it (oops) but brought it back to life!
Do you have any plants in your work space? What kind of plant do you have?
